General Awareness:– In this Section, Questions selection testing the Ability of the competitor’s General Awareness of the environment around him/her society. The test will also include questions of Scientific Research, Constitution, Sports, History, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, Everyday Science, Polity, National/International Organizations /Institutions etc.
General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability:- In this Section, the syllabus of General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability includes questions are both verbal and non-verbal types. The test may include questions on visual memory, similarities, differences, problem-solving, discrimination, observation, analysis, judgment, relationship, decision making, analogies, concepts, arithmetical reasoning, space visualization, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc.
Arithmetical & Numerical Ability:– In this Section, the syllabus of Arithmetical and Numerical Abilities cover the Profit & Loss, Fractions, Number Systems, Simplification, Average, Data Interpretation, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Decimals, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs etc.
English Language & Comprehension:- In this Section, syllabus testing of competitor’s understanding and comprehension of the English Language, Grammar, questions on its Vocabulary, Sentence Structure, Antonyms, Synonyms and its correct usage etc.
Hindi Language & Comprehension:- In this syllabus testing of competitor’s understanding and comprehension of the Hindi Language, Grammar, questions on its Vocabulary, Antonyms, Synonyms, Sentence Structure and its correct usage etc.
DSSSB Syllabus for Tier-II Examination Schemes(MCQ/Objective type):-
Syllabus of TIER-II Exam will be same as of One Tier exam but small change-
- General Intelligence & reasoning ability:- Minor high level than Tier-I examination.
- Quantitative Aptitude:- Minor high level than Tier-I as in Arithmetical and Numerical Abilities, Some questions on data interpretation & Analysis.
- General Awareness:- Minor high level than Tier-I some questions are on geography & economy of Delhi, history, demography, culture, Administrative set up and Governance in NCT of Delhi, various schemes of Delhi Govt.
- English/Hindi language & Comprehension:- Minor high level Than Tier-I.
