NAME OF THE POST: Assistant Manager and Management Trainees.

1) Assistant Manager

No of Post : Technical-3, HR-2, Marketing-5, Finance-2,

Education Qualification: 

Technical: Graduate Engineer in Textile Technology / Electrical / Mechanical
HR: Post Graduate Degree/ MBA/MSW( in HR with two years full time course of all)
Marketing: Post Graduate Degree / MBA (in Marketing with two years full time course for all)
Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance two years full time course.

2) Management Trainees

No of Post : Technical-2, Finance-5, Engineering-2

Education Qualification:

Technical : Graduate Engineer in Textile Technology
Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance two years full time course.
Engineering: Graduate Engineers in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical.

LOCATION: Delhi.

AGE: 35 years for Assistant Manager and 30 years for Management Trainees

PAY SCALE : RS 12600 -32500 for Assistant Manager and Management Trainees.

LAST DATE : 26 Apr 2013.

FEE : A non-refundable ‘Account Payee’ demand draft for Rs 300/- drawn in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd. on any Nationalized Bank payable at New Delhi is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application form.
